Agreements

I will keep my cat’s nails clipped (myself or via groomer/vet).

I understand cats shed and will not be surprised by hair on clothing/furniture.

I will provide a safe, loving, physically and emotionally stable environment with toys, scratch pads, flea prevention, and needed veterinary care.

If not already altered, I will spay/neuter within six months and provide proof to DCMI (email dcmitulsa@gmail.com or 918‑417‑9180).*

If not microchipped, I will microchip within six months.

72‑Hour In‑Home Visit program: HAVE HAVE NOT

If the cat becomes too much for me, I will FIRST contact DCMI about returning before rehoming.

I will read the “introductions” tips page before letting the cat out of the carrier the first time.

*If the cat dies prior to alteration, I will obtain vet proof in place of proof of spay/neuter. Under NO circumstances may I give away the cat prior to alteration within six months.
